For the 4th consecutive year, AVVEC will run its Intimate Partner Screening Campaign from November through December 2025.
During this period, an informational leaflet containing a short self-assessment test will be distributed, along with a digital version available online.
To better support the public, our helpline and walk-in services will have extended opening hours throughout the campaign:
Telephone helpline 022 797 10 10
Now also open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Walk-in consultations (without appointment)
Extended to Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
These sessions can take place in person at 46 Rue de Montchoisy or remotely, by calling 022 797 10 10.
The Importance of Screening
The many forms that violence can take make it difficult to recognize the early warning signs, whether by the person experiencing it or by others. The emotional context, often marked by fear, shame, guilt, but also love and attachment toward the perpetrator, makes it especially hard to identify clear reference points or to acknowledge the situation as violent.
